On the palate, the wine shows focused fruit and a subtle savory grip, supported by fine-grained tannins that provide structure without heaviness. The finish is dry and persistent, with refined, powdery tannins that invite another sip.
This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its character. Natural sediment may occur.
